Now, although my name is in the title of this podcast, this show is not about me, this is about you. The only reason I did that, by the way, if you're trying to build a business, is to help me with SEO purposes. You search up Isaac Mashman, my podcast pops up. Wasn't always like that. But guys, if you're like me and you're interested in personal development and in becoming the very best version of yourself, you're at the right place at the right time listening to the right person at the right podcast.
And I feel confident in saying that. You see somewhere along the line, I got so sick and tired of seeing the online entrepreneurs and the gurus and the mentors and all that other crap where they wouldn't tell you everything that you needed to hear simply because you were not paying them. They might teach you about sales. They might teach you about marketing, but they're not telling you the real solid strategies behind sales are marketing or personal development. You want to know why? Because they're going to sell you down the line. There's a conflict of interest. And that is why I realize that it is more important than ever to provide real information and knowledge to the world as I build up my own companies without having a conflict of interest.
You see, my company Master and Venture specializes in personal branding and helping people have an unrivaled personal brand to be taken seriously online, to actually start building a community that is based around their personality and not just their business.
So anything that I talk about regarding sales and marketing and even branding, I don't view as a conflict of interest. I'm here to help you get real results. The more I help you succeed, the more I succeed. And that means that the more impact I'm having on your life or the world in general. It's a ripple effect. And that is why I launched this podcast. If you go back to episode one, you're going to listen and you're going to hear the show being described under a different name. Way back when when I launched this in 2019, it was the Hustlers Choice podcast. It was based around business and business only.
That changed back in March of 2020. The reason I changed it is not only because I got sick of the entrepreneurial space, but I also changed it because I recognized that you do not have to be a business owner or a quote entrepreneur to have a vision.
Anybody, and I mean everybody, can have a vision and should have a vision. And I'm talking about a vision that you used to have as a kid. Before the way to the world and the stressors of being an adult, wait in before everybody in your life said you cannot do that because there's no money in it. You cannot do that because you didn't come from money or what means that you like what means do you have to do that thing. No, no, no, no, no. I'm here to actually provide real information that will help you become a more capable person and in return better chase after your vision, get results and get the things in life that you actually desire.
I recognized that the only way for you to get results and the only way for your results to grow is if you as an individual are growing. I mean, think about it. You go to college to get a degree to learn skills to improve your own personal knowledge and your standing in society.
So you can get a better job and get a better paying paycheck and get better results. And you don't have to be someone who goes to college to get better results or to grow. No. You can listen to a podcast, take action, and pay attention to the things that I say and get better results.
