All three share one founder and one premise: a company's value and the reputation of the people behind it move together. They are the starting points, not the full map.

Equity investments, positions, and acquisitions, where founder visibility and organic strategy are part of the thesis rather than an afterthought.

Land

Mashman Properties

Vacant, unimproved land, its favorite investment, held with a prolonged timeline toward commercial real estate. Commercial assets may also be held for the long term, and houses are bought and fixed.

Planned

Mashman Global

A planned nonprofit initiative under the MASHMAN umbrella, built around The 1:1 Pledge. Not yet operating, with no launch date set.

Mashman Publishing is the firm's imprint, not a separate company: Mashman Publishing, a DBA of Mashman Consulting Group. MASHMAN itself is the future holding company for all of Isaac's businesses, the core brand the entities sit under.

The Next Decade

The Starting Points, Not the Full Map.

The MASHMAN brand is planned to expand to companies well beyond Mashman Consulting Group, Mashman Investments, and Mashman Properties.

The three firms are where the name begins. Isaac intends to scale rapidly over the next ten years, building a series of vertically integrated businesses in which each company strengthens the others, under one legacy brand name. Every new company is announced through the newsroom when it is real, and not before. The long-term vision.
