Undeveloped Land

A private real estate investment firm that sees opportunity in vacancy.
In 2022, Isaac Mashman bought Mashman Properties' first two parcels: two separate, unconnected lots in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, one 6,000 sq ft, the other 4,000 sq ft, bought together for $550 for both, all in.
Neither lot had a building on it. He went to see them in person anyway, and filmed the trip. What he remembers thinking, standing on the land for the first time: “This is my dirt.”

Mashman Properties also buys and fixes residential property. Each house is sold once the work is done, or used for MASHMAN related activities.
The long-term mandate is commercial real estate, and commercial assets the firm acquires may be held for the long term as well. Expansion is planned to track the growth of Mashman Consulting Group.
Mashman Properties does not rent, except on special occasions decided case by case. It does not pursue large multi-unit residential properties or single-family rental houses.
Isaac considers the landlord business one with blurred lines between owner and tenant obligations, and passed on it deliberately. The stance is a point of difference, not an omission.
Landowners, brokers, and press can reach Mashman Properties directly on its own site.
