What is going on? You are now listening to Chase the Vision with Isaac Mash from the podcast, the show that is all about helping you chase after your vision and having massive success in whatever you are pursuing. Guys, if this is your first time listening to this show, thank you and welcome. I definitely, definitely appreciate you and you will not be disappointed with this episode or with this podcast ever. At least I would hope not. So guys, this show is all about helping people really get results. It's about encouraging people to become the very best versions of themselves. That is not cliche. That is truthful.

You see, I've noticed every single time in my life that I stopped doing personal development, my life goes to a standstill. No other area of my life grows. It all just stops. It becomes stagnant. And you see, the reason why is because we should always be growing and reaching and aspiring to hit new levels.

You know, and that is just the truth. That is the honest truth. We should always be aspiring for more. So guys, before I jump into what I have to talk about, I want to lay down a little bit of a little bit of business. Now number one, if you have listened to the show for any amount of time, you know that I normally start off with the episode number and the introduction. I am no longer going to be doing that, instead I am simply going to be putting the episode number in the title. That's going to make it a lot easier for me to reference past episodes and in future episodes, say, hey, if you want to learn more about this topic, go to episode number 40 or episode number 300, whatever, whatever, you know, you get the gist. So that is the first route of business.

The second thing I want to address is the favor that I ask of you guys. Yes, I am asking for something. You see there are a lot of podcasts that go and basically fill your ears with promotional material. They sell their podcast, they sell their brand to brands that they don't even believe in for a dollar amount. And you see, I'm not going to do that. I value your time and my brand too much to go and promote some crappy drop shipped item from Ali Baba for a $10,000 check. I'm just, I'm not going to do that to you guys. And in doing so, I'm going to be missing out on money and I'm going to be missing out on money that I can actually put towards marketing. And that's perfectly okay because I have you guys.

You see, this is why every episode that you listen to, and you get any value from, I ask a favor. And that favor is to share it with a friend. Post on on your social media. And don't just take a screenshot and post on your story, but actually tell people what lesson you learned from this episode. Tell the people why they should listen to this show, why they should tune in. The more I grow, the bigger my audience gets, the more you guys will benefit as well, because the more content you will be getting and the more value you will be getting and the more people will have a changed life.

They will be learning new information and you know if we could spark this into an international movement into a huge movement, hey the more the merrier merrier.

So guys, you know the most powerful form of marketing in existence is the word of mouth. So help me out. I definitely appreciate it. Today's episode though is going to be down and gritty. I might cuss a couple times. Don't get offended. If you're easily offended, so be it. If you have kids in the car, don't listen with kids in the car. It's that simple, okay? But I'm going to be talking about something that might piss some of you off. It honestly will, and that is okay because, you know, if I have to piss you guys off to get it through your thick skull, then you know, I did my job and sometimes a tough love is the best love. But the title of today's episode is going to be, are you a business owner or are you just unemployed with a title?

Are you a business owner or are you unemployed with a title? You see over the past couple of years of me being in business and me being an entrepreneurship, I've had a lot of time to work on building my brand, to build up a following on social media, to establish a presence online. You know, it went from being just my last name, showing up on ancestry.com to you, Googling my name. And then, you know, a couple of years later, now I've been able to build it up towards six and seven pages on Google and it's growing every single day. And that's taken a lot of work, that's taken a lot of time. But you see, every other person out there who's ever lived in this era can do the same exact thing that I've done.

They can build up a name for themselves online. Social media has even the playing field for normal people and celebrities. That's why you have a lot of 15 and 16 year olds who have millions of followers on TikTok because social media's made it easy to become well known. I don't want to say easy because obviously it requires work, but compared to what you would have had to done 40 years ago or 50 years ago to become a celebrity in Hollywood or the media. Guys, it's a piece of cake. But in doing so, it's also opened up the floodgates for fake people, for fake celebrities, for quote influencers who have literally no talent, no skills and all they do is show off their bodies, right?

Like they might be a model or they might just be somebody who's posting sexually, you know, sexually related posts on Instagram. There have been a lot of models that I've seen who've literally like they do porn related content on Instagram. They make it, they fill it up with a lot of sexual innuendos and they have millions of followers. How is that talent? How is that, you know, somebody who should be famous and have millions of followers and be able to just make money off of that?

Like I don't think that that is talent, but it's made it to where people can do that if they choose. Just like it's made it to where people with no talent can become famous, it's also made it to where People can basically live a lifestyle that they're actually not living. They can show a lifestyle or make it out to be this lifestyle that they have that they don't actually have. They can rent a Lamborghini and post a picture in front of the Lamborghini or go to a dealership and take a picture with a Lamborghini. Go into a Rolls Royce dealership and take a picture with it and act like it's their car. They could go to an Airbnb and rent out an Airbnb for the weekend and make it seem like they own the house.

That's what a lot of these rappers and artists do. That's what a lot of these online quote gurus do and it's not ethical. You can go online and search up fake followers, fake bots and buy a hundred thousand followers on Instagram. You can. You can spend a thousand dollars, get a hundred thousand bots and bam, you have a hundred K on your Instagram page. And for any of you who are listening and go, oh, I can do that, I'm going to check it out. Don't. Because if you're doing it, man, I don't even want you listening to this podcast, even though you need it the most.

want you because it's unethical. I've seen so many people do that. I've seen so many people go and buy their audience and buy fake followers to portray that they are something they are not.

To make it seem like there's some celebrity like they have any ounce of clout. And guys, it's pathetic. I remember I got networked with this one guy on Instagram. I'm not gonna mention his handle or anything but he was trying to get me on board of his Instagram company and buy from him and become a part of the team. He almost had a network marketing side to his business. very clever guy, very smart guy, very smart way of doing business, but he wasn't really ethical about it. And he was telling me, he's like, Isaac, you know, hey, if you got 70,000 followers, you go into a bar or club, you're gonna be able to pull a woman easier than if you have a thousand or a couple hundred.

He's like, you could go and take her home if you have a hundred thousand, because then it's gonna make it seem like you're a celebrity, like you're an influencer, like you're somebody who's credible, and he's like, hey, you could sleep with her.

I'm like, dude, that's horrible. Like, how is that? That is not ethical. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And that is what social media has allowed. It's opened up this playing field to where it now. How do you know if somebody is, you know, ethical and how do you know if somebody is not ethical? How do you know if somebody's real versus how do you know if somebody is fake? And it's also opened up the floodgates, especially more specific for this episode. I wanted to give a couple different examples. You know, I'll mention one more before I go and dive into it, but think about rappers.

How many rappers talk about they looked up to certain figures and the next thing they know they realize that that rapper's jewelry was fake. There's a Rick Ross song, you know, and it was actually, I can't remember the actual song, but it was off of Port of Miami too and it's a song that he fires at Birdman, you know, in support of Lil Wayne when Lil Wayne wasn't able to, you know, release the Carter Five underneath Young Money and or Cash Money rather.

And Rick Ross was like, you know, growing up, I looked up to you and then now that I'm in the game I realized that all your jewelry is fake. And he's like, I realized that that watch that looked like it was $50,000 was actually you know some piece of crap. It was fake gold, it was gold plated, it wasn't solid gold, it was fake diamonds, it wasn't real diamonds, it was the glass, not the VVS's. The world is so slimy and grimy. And it's like if you're going to be ethical and blow up, it's going to be a little bit more difficult. say it, but the long-term results will be better.

The long-term results will be, you know, a lot more long lasting versus short-lived clout. You know, a lot of these people do it for the short-term, but then they don't have a long-term plan or, you know, some story gets out that they're actually fake and there goes their entire career. That's an ounce of value right there, guys. I'm not even, I'm not even going to spend any more time talking about that, but rather going back to the title, Are you a business owner or are you unemployed with the title? You see Going down into the industry and the in the the spectrum of the online Entrepreneur the online internet space.

I was in that space for the first couple of years of business and You know I got started business and entrepreneurship when I was 17 I was still senior in high school, you know, I had entrepreneurial tendencies, but I I got introduced to network marketing I got introduced to the world of fast money into a lot of people who you know wanted to make a lot of cash very very quickly ethically but quickly and Because of that I thought that I was like bigger Then I actually was and it wasn't me trying to be an asshole It wasn't me trying to be some slimy grimy businessman.

It wasn't any of that It was me, you know following in the footsteps of the people I looked up to at the time And then the more I got into personal development the more I studied the older I became the more mature I got the more recognized how many people try to, you know, influence people when they don't know anything.

They try to sell something that they don't even know. You know, it's like how many of these quote experts do you follow? I don't want to call myself an expert in anything because to be an expert, it requires 10,000 business hours. It requires 10,000 hours to master any one skill. So all these people you're following who say that they're experts, are they really experts? Are they or do they say that they are to make it look good to increase the chances of them making a sale? Now, there's nothing wrong with creating enough commotion and enough, you know, leveraged branding to increase the chances of making a sale when you actually know your stuff.

And that's one thing. That's fine. But if you don't know what you're doing and you're trying to make it out to be like you can, you can change somebody's life when you can't.

Yeah, that's pathetic. horrible and that's why I moved out of the entrepreneurial space. I don't want to be part of the whole online entrepreneur who can tell you and sell you this course and change your life and teach you social media strategies and be like everybody. I was like, I don't want to be put in a box and I talk about this in a, you know, I believe it was episode 17, Chase the Vision. When I made the pivot from the Hustler's Choice podcast to Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman, I made that big pivot because the whole hustle culture and cliches and online quotes and all this stuff.

like it's being done by people who don't know shit about business. And I hate to say it, but I was one of those people. And I want to choke on those words because I hate even saying those words because I'm disappointed in myself.

I was young and dumb, but then now that I'm older, I'm like, God damn, like, I'm glad that I got out of that space and I evolved into who I was and that I didn't want to stay in that space because you're being told and you know, you're being told what to do by people who don't have you know, the authority to. You've given them the authority over you when you shouldn't have given them the authority. And you have so many people who are online saying that they're businesses and they don't even make it, they don't even act like they're running a business. And I was like that for the past couple of years, man.

Like I never purposely tried to do it. I've battled a lot of shit. I've battled a lot of demons over the past two and a half years of being a part of this entrepreneurial space and being a business owner and trying to figure it out, you know, and getting to the point to where just in this past April, I finally filed my business and became an actual business owner in the state of Florida.

I filed Mashman Ventures and became incorporated. Moving out of the whole sole proprietorship and the whole freelance world of self-employment into an actual entrepreneur, an actual business owner. Those prior two years, I wasn't trying to be somebody I wasn't, but that's what I was ultimately doing without even consciously recognizing it. I was unemployed with a title. I reflected over the amount of money I've made in the past couple of years of being in business, and guys, I'm never going to try to be somebody I'm not. I'm never going to say that I'm like some millionaire, that I'm making six figures right now and that I can change your fucking life.

That's just not the case, guys. And when I'm at that point, I will let you guys know, but even then I will not tell you every amount of money that I'm making and I will not make it seem like I'm some better person because I'm not, I'm a normal dude.

I am working to get to that point and I plan on hitting that point very, very soon, but the fact of the matter is, your past speaks for your present results. The amount of work that you did or did not do speaks for your results that you currently have. And the fact of the matter is, I was unemployed with a title. I was unemployed, I wasn't making even as much money as I would have been making, working a part-time or full-time job, and I was posting entrepreneur. I don't, it's difficult for me to record this, but I also want to be 100% transparent and it took me taking a deep hard look in the mirror and reflecting on myself to be like, Isaac, what the fuck are you doing, man?

What are you doing? You are not waking up at the time that you need to wake up to get the results that you want to do.

You are not making the sales call that you are needing to do. You are not treating your business like an actual business and rather you're treating your business like a hobby. And the most people will not say any of this. Most people will continuously portray themselves as these God-like celebrity figures like they're big hot shit. But are they really? But are they really? And so I took time and I was like, man, I need to make adjustments on my day-to-day life to where I am doing a series of steps and a series of actions to where, although I am not working a job, I have to treat my business and treat my company as if I was working in nine to five.

I need to be putting in eight to thirteen hours every single day in my company and not taking the liberty of living a free life when I do not deserve that free life.

You know it's like why do most people get started in business? One it is passion and two it is the thought of freedom. And the thing is you cannot achieve that level of freedom until you are making a good amount of money and you have money that is being generated passively. If you are fresh into business, you should not be spending the same amount of time that an unemployed person would be spending sitting and watching TV or playing video games or doing things that aren't really contributing to their income. We live in a world that is based around money. The world revolves based around money.

Love it or hate it. hate the thought that our world is controlled by money, but that is the world we live in and there's nothing that we can do to change it.

So it's like if you are an online business owner and an online entrepreneur and you rely 100% of your income from your business, then why are you spending more time and free time and more time and leisure and quote being free as an quote entrepreneur or business owner when you should actually be spending that time building your business to where you could get to the point where you could have freedom that you actually fucking deserve. Replay that past 30 seconds. Replay that past 30 seconds. You see, you do not deserve anything until you work for it. The only thing that you quite deserve is the right to breath, the right to be alive.

You don't deserve the right to have a roof over your head. You don't, if you don't work for it, you don't fucking deserve it.

Plain and simple. You don't deserve fucking food. You deserve food if you work for food. Think a couple hundred years ago people could eat if they never hunted? No they couldn't. They had to go out and actually work to get their food. It's like the government, I'm not getting into politics but I'm just saying this. Now the government has almost made it a, you could make a full time income even if it's that minimum wage you could make a full time livable income doing nothing and being unemployed without even looking for a fucking job. living off of welfare, living off of nothing and not even contributing to society and unless you are contributing to society, you will not like you won't get anything, you won't get any results.

Especially in America, America was built off of the principles of self growth, of building something from the ground up of building your life into what you want your life to become.

And we veered away from that. And now we are glorifying the image, but we are not glorifying the process. We are glorifying the end result, but we do not realize that in order to get that end result and to actually be deserving of that end result, you have to work to obtain it. You have to work to obtain that result you want. And far too many people, myself included for the longest fucking time, it took me going into a deep state of depression, literally. And I'll get into that in a couple minutes. But it took me going and taking and like realizing that my life was falling apart to recognize that I was trying to have my end result without going through the process first. I was trying to have my end result of time freedom without going through the end result.

And the other thing is if you're trying to do that, then you're not going to be living that true end result because you won't have the money to afford the lifestyle you want to live and actually have that freedom you want. You might have the freedom and the time to, you know, watch TV, play video games, go out to wake up at whatever time you want to wake up at, go to bed at whatever time you want to wake up in. But if you're not putting in the work on a day to day basis, you will not be able to have the finances to actually take the trips and have that freedom you want.

And to go and wake up at whatever time you want, knowing that you're making money in your sleep, or knowing that you're able to go to whatever five star restaurant you eat, wherever you want to eat, take first class instead of economy.

Do the things that you want to do. Be able to have the brand that you want to have. Be able to make the money you want to have and be able to retire mom and all that stuff and it's like we have to go and take a step back as a society that is fueled by wealth and that is fueled by the image that the celebrities and these influencers portray and recognize that it is not that in result that is important. It is the process of going and doing the shit that needs to be done every single day to get to that point. We need to start glorifying the work and glorifying the achievement of something. We need to take a step back and be like, okay, yes, having this is good. Have your eyes set on what you want.

If you do not have a vision for what you want to obtain, you will not work and you will not be emotionally connected to your hustle, to your business, to your success and to your goals unless you have a vision of where you're going. Unless you have an idea of why you're doing what you're doing, you won't be as connected. So I'm not saying forget that the end result of freedom, but you have to remind yourself of what you're doing, but then also recognize that, hey, you know what? I need to fall in love with this actual process. I need to fall in front and fall in love with the process of being who I say I am.

Every single one of you listening to this right now have the full capabilities of doing whatever you want in life, but it takes day to day labor. It takes waking up and getting to work. It takes working eight hours a day, 15 hours a day, Sacrificing what you need to sacrifice and not being a lazy motherfucker excuse my French To get what you want You who is listening to this who want to be an artist?

Send a hundred DMs every single day to a hundred prospective fans Grow your audience your your numbers aren't growing because you're not putting in the amount of work your podcast hosts out there You know you podcast hosts your podcast shows not growing because you're not connecting with enough people You're not you know sending enough messages. You're not doing enough marketing. You're not putting out enough content. I looked at my Instagram and I was like my numbers are falling. Why are my numbers falling? Because I'm not putting out content. How do you expect to build up a reputation if you don't put out things to build a reputation on?

You have to build the foundation and that foundation is laid through effort and work and through content. Why is your business not growing? Why is your income not your income is not growing? Because your business is not growing and why is your business not growing? Because you're not growing. You will not grow having freedom. You will grow by putting in the work every single day and learning new things and feeling better about yourselves.

And guys, I fell into this deep depression and you want to know why I fell into this deep depression because I was not doing what I knew I needed to be doing. I was letting all of this potential energy and all of this energy sit inside of my soul and inside of my body and I wasn't letting it out. I wasn't using it. And because I wasn't using it all of this energy is just sitting there and and being like, man, this isn't, this is, I'm not being used. I'm not being put to use. And it's like you have this mental image and you know what you're capable of, yet your results are within reach of your hands, yet they seem so far out. And it's like you know that you could go and obtain it, but you're physically, you physically don't bring your body to do anything.

That is depression, it's suppressed emotion. And it took me, I have been such, I was in such a dark depression. I was putting out content, but I was in a depression because I was not doing what I needed to be doing. My physical health, my mental health, my emotional health, and my spiritual health all tanked because I was not growing them. I was not increasing my health. I was not growing. I was not putting in the work. And if you do not put in the work, how do you expect to feel good about yourself? Why do you think people become rich and they become depressed?

They become rich and then they retire and they don't do anything and they feel shitty because they might have all the money, but it's like they're no longer growing.

They're no longer putting in the work. People who retire after working 20 years of their life have money to go and do some of the things they want to do, or they don't have to wake up and work, but they feel shitty and depressed about themselves because they are no longer contributing to their lifestyle. They're not, they're getting things that they don't actually physically work for anymore. There's a reason for that. If you feel depressed right now, look at your actions and then look at your results. Look at your actions prior to your depression settling in and you're going to recognize that, wow, I wasn't doing a lot.

I honestly wasn't doing a lot. Obviously, some cases might vary. I'm not here to discount depression. I'm not here to discount any of that. But for me personally, I looked within and I was like, I was not doing what I needed to do and I was making excuses.

I was spending too much time in my thoughts. I was spending too much time over thinking and I wasn't spending enough time doing. I wasn't executing enough. And when you don't execute enough, your results aren't enough. Period. Your results will be determined by the amount of effort you put in. There's a direct correlation between results and effort. And if your effort is low, your results will be low. And for those of you who are like me who want to live this lifestyle, but who don't have fucking money in the bank account to actually do what you want to do, then you're like, feel shitty because you don't have a lifestyle or because you don't have the means to do what you really want to do.

Are you a business owner or are you unemployed with a fucking title? You could be making more money working a job than you would be making in your business. You can scale your business as quickly as you want to scale your business if you put in the work and the time to scale it. See working a job is a capped income. You can only make so much even if you get a raise, even if you move up the company letter, even the CEOs of most companies only make a couple hundred thousand dollars. Whereas a business owner can scale to that income as quickly as they want if they provide a service.

An artist can make as much money as they want based off of the amount of work that they put in and based off of how quickly they grow their brand, how many fans they develop, How many streams they grow it is all in your control?

I believe that we are all financially free if you are a business owner or you are somebody who makes money doing your own type of work You are financially free because you have the freedom to control your finances most people make it seem like oh I'm working for financial freedom. I'm working for financial freedom. What the fuck is financial freedom to find as then? Are you gonna hit a million dollars a month and then be financially free like no you are already You're already financially free. What you are working towards is having wealth. You are working to have a surplus of money in the bank, a surplus of wealth that you can use.

You are financially free because you are in control of your finances. To make $60,000 work in a job, you normally have to go to school and get a degree.

To make $60,000 is an entrepreneur. You have to close $5,000, $1,000 clients every single month. 30 days to close five clients. Come on now. That's a client every six days. You mean to tell me that you can't close a client every six days? You can't close a client a week? You know even closing one client every single week would be a thousand dollars. Let's break down the math here, right? Let's break down the math. You mean to tell me that spending eight hours every single day going and prospecting and marketing and getting your services out there and improving your services, you can't close at least one person a day or have somebody closing every other day?

You can't have 10 people in your funnel at all times? No, you can. Or even if you're selling a product that's worth 25 bucks, you mean to tell me that spending eight hours a day marketing and getting on phone calls and selling that product, you can't sell a couple hundred products every single month?

You want to know why because you're treating yourself like a little bitch. You're letting the bitch voice control you. You're letting the bitch voice control you and there's no other way to call it. There's no way around that. You're treating the business like a hobby. And if you're treating the business like a hobby, it's not even a business. It's just a fucking game. This isn't a game, guys. This is real life. This is real life. It's easy to get trapped on social media and be stuck in looking at everybody else and looking at what they have and wanting to be somebody and wanting to, you know, have results and all that.

But it's like, until you get and actually put in the work, you're never going to get anywhere. You won't. You know, I think I put entrepreneur in my bio prematurely when I was, you know, a couple years ago when I was first getting started with this and I was in a network marketing company, man.

I was saying like I was an entrepreneur and I wasn't even making $1,000 a month through network marketing. I feel pathetic about that. I feel pathetic about that. You know, I'm not going to dwell on it because obviously it's a part of my journey and obviously it's made me how authentic I am today. I'm building my brand off of authenticity, man. And I'm gonna look back on this and be like, Isaac, you were a dumb motherfucker, man. I already do that. You know what? You live and you learn and you grow and when you don't have mentors then you get ahead of yourself sometimes. That's what took me time to step back and actually take this shit seriously. You got to take what you do seriously. Are you a business owner or are you unemployed with a title?

Unemployed with a title meaning you quote and quote have a business but you're not making even a thousand dollars a month. You're not making a couple hundred dollars a month. You're not making, you're not closing a client every single month, but you have it on social media just to say you are. To kind of stroke your dick, to stroke your ego, to make you feel a little bit better. Nah guys, that no longer slides. That doesn't slide with me anymore, that doesn't slide with anything. We can, we are literally creatures of unlimited potential and unlimited possibilities, but until we actually follow through with, with action to achieve our dreams, we don't deserve anything.

It's time to take this shit serious, to take your company serious, to actually spend eight hours a day working on your craft. If I know a lot of you don't work a job and you're basing a lot of your income off of one client or two client a month or you're getting by, you might be living with mom and dad or something, you know, stop spending your time, you know, dicking around, spend eight hours a day focused. That's That's what you're working.

You already have the freedom. You have the freedom to do this. You're in control. You don't have somebody telling you when you can take bathroom breaks, when you can, you know, how many calls you have to make it a day. You have an immense amount of control over your life right now. And because you have an immense amount of control over your life, you have an immense amount of control over your results. Tell yourself how many calls you're going to make a day. Tell yourself how many hours you're going to make it day, or how many hours you're going to spend working every day. out a to-do list of what you're going to do and tell yourself that you will not sleep until every single thing on that to-do list is crossed off. Don't be a little bitch and don't treat yourself like a little bitch.

How bad do you want your goals? You don't have to have the goal of making a million dollars a month or a million dollars a year, but even if you want to make a full-time $60, $75,000 a year income through your business, you will not do that only working an hour a day. doing a little bit every single day and being like, oh, I did this a damn. This was, this was a win for the day. I feel accomplished. Getting one or two things crossed off your to-do list every single day when you have a list of eight things to do is not a fucking win.

That's not a day that was successful. That wasn't. That is not a win. How is that a win? That's you trying to compromise with yourself knowing what you should do, knowing what performance level you should be at knowing that you should actually be a high functioning, high performing individual, a high performing man or woman, yet you're compromising with yourself and compromising with your goals, therefore compromising with your dreams and saying that you doing two or three things a day is a win for the day. No, it's not.

If you if you if you put your mind to you could get two or three things done in an hour and get 20 things done in a day and still have time to do the things that you want every single day. Still have time to play a little bit of, you know, video games or watch your favorite TV show or stuff like that. Like, you can do that depending on how much you prioritize. It's also about prioritizing your tasks. Prioritizing what you have to do to get the results. Working backwards, reverse engineering your goal, breaking down the math, breaking down the the number if you want a million dollars a month how many, you know what, how many sales do you need to make every single month, how many services do you need to offer, how many packages you need to sell, all those different things.

You can break down the numbers, you can break down the goals. If you want to influence as many people as possible, we'll set a number. Okay, I'm going to make it my goal to impact 10 people every day. At the end of the month, that's 300 people, then that's going to be 3600 people by the end of the year. And then that's going to exponentially grow. So you send out 10 DMs every single day to 10 different people.

Goal setting and having results is all about prioritizing things and breaking down the math and breaking down the numbers. If your body and your health is not in the state that you want it to be in, what do you need to do? You need to determine, okay, well, what do I need to change in my lifestyle on a day to day to where I can get the body that I want? Do I need to cut out carbs? Do I need to cut out snacks? Do I need to cut out dairy? Do I need to change my diet? Do I need to incorporate workouts? If you're not working out every day, if you're not eating the right food, no wonder you're fat as fuck. You cannot be happy being out of shape. I don't care who you talk to, man.

I'm happy with myself. Yeah, bullshit. You're compromising with who you actually want to be because you don't want to put in the work in the first place. That's the harsh truth. That is the harsh truth and the harsh reality. You had a vision, right? This show is called Chase the Vision. the vision which means chase your vision you had a vision for what you wanted your body and your health to originally look like yet because you didn't have that body you're like okay I'm gonna just settle for this I'm a settle for this I was thinking about this the other day and I was like man I think if I made a million dollars every month I'd be able to live a lifestyle you know that I wanted to do and I recognize I was like Isaac you are settling with yourself are you anywhere near making a million dollars and I was like no I was having this is my inner conversation my inner voice and I was like no I'm not and At the same time, man, I'm settling for that.

And then I was looking at the things that I actually want in life and the results and the lifestyle I want to live. And I was like, shit, man, I'm settling for that. I'm settling for a million dollars a month that I got back on track and reminded myself, I was like, Isaac, dude, you're an unlimited creature. You have unlimited capabilities and unlimited potential. And why are you setting a limit for yourself? You are limitless. You are not living up to your phrase, live without limitations. I slapped myself back into reality and I said, all right, well, it's time to get going. time to get back on track physically and putting in the work every single day, establishing a routine, establishing a set series of habits every single day that I do success habits, success principles, a success routine that I have to follow every single day that will contribute to my life.

And that will not only help me obtain the results that I want in life, but regarding the aspect of mental health, knowing that I am doing the things that I need to do to get the results that I want, I will be feeling better about myself.

If you aren't doing the things that you know you should be doing, no wonder you feel shitty and that is why I felt shitty because I was not doing what I needed to do to get the results. Therefore, I was dealing with results that I fucking hated. How crazy is that, guys? How crazy is that? It's all linked together. It's like the gears in a watch. Business is like a gear, like the gears in a watch. There's a system to everything the world revolves like clockwork. For every action, there is an effect. Cause and effect. You don't do what you need to be doing. You don't, you therefore get the result that isn't what you want, which makes you feel shitty, which leads to worse results. That is why it's so important to have a forward thinking focus.

What do you want? What is your goal? What is your vision? What are you working towards? Why are you doing this? more focused on the present of like, okay, well, what can I do to get to where I want to go and obtain this future result? Get ruthless about your goals, get selfish about your goals. Cut off whoever you need to cut off to obtain whatever you need to obtain. That's it. You are the only person who will come into this world and die in your grave. That is it. You will die alone. There won't be a second person in the coffin with you. No, that's going to be yourself.

You also got to realize that how can you help other people if you weren't helping yourself, And to be honest, I don't like the thought of being unemployed with a title man. I am a full-scale fucking business owner. I Don't want to be looked to as some little like fake guru or fake entrepreneur. Nah, nah, that ain't me I'm not trying to be looking looked at like some hobbyist But think about how much you could actually achieve and how much you could get done if you treated the shit serious if you took this stuff serious How much you could get done every single day and how much farther ahead you would be than every other competitor?

I'm not big on focusing on competition, but hey if it puts me ahead of everybody else and it puts me ahead of the 99% and shit man. I'm not going to complain. I'm a little bit fueled by ego. I'm not going to lie ego has a play We're only human and ego is a lot to do when it comes to being human But if you're if you're doing and treating this shit more seriously than everybody else and that means that you're ahead of 99% Everybody else man that means that you're going to be making more money. You're going to be happier You're going to be living a better lifestyle.

You're also going to be the part of the 1% that is actually a part of the group of the real motherfuckers. A part of the real people.

Not the fake people, the real people, the authentic people. You know and you're able to say with confidence that you are real. You are authentic. You won't have to worry about feeling fake or dealing with the imposter syndrome. No, because you will know deep down in your heart that every single day you wake up and you do what you need to do to get the results that you need to get in life. that you are putting in the work that you are actually grinding quote, quote, use that hustle term, right? You are hustling as much as you need to be. And that will cure almost all of your issues.

That'll cure almost all your problems. We can, we can change our lives in a matter of a month if we really wanted to, man. I've heard so many stories of people who have achieved massive success in a matter of 30 days because they put their head down and they made it happen. They weren't focused on a problem. They were focused on a solution.

focus on solutions to their problems, not on the problems themselves. I've heard so many stories and I've seen with my eyes people within 12 months have developed a passive $5,000 residual income because they put in the work they got put their head down and now they are living the life that they want to live. Life can change as quickly as you want it to change if you want it to change. But you also got to realize that there's a direct correlation between your actions and the results. There's a direct correlation between your results and your actions. Shitty action, shitty results. Massive action, massive results. Little action, little results.

It's not that complicated guys. Honestly, all of this stuff is pretty damn simple. It's pretty damn simple. If you break it down, it's simple to do.

Simple to understand. You don't have to go and search around and question yourself, why am I not getting this? Why am I not where I want to be? It's because you're not doing enough. You're not doing the things that you need to be doing. And even if you're putting in a lot of time and a lot of effort, you also got to realize that you can put in a lot of effort, but you also have to look at your processes. You have to break down and look at what you're doing and are you doing things and, you know, efficiently operating? Are you doing things chaotically?

You got to have the self-awareness to understand these things and to recognize when something might need to change. When something needs needs to change, you need to change it.

There's no fault, there's no wrong doing and not being right 100% of the time. You'll never be right 100% of the time. That's okay. And that is okay. Let's take this shit serious, guys. I'm done playing. I'm done playing. I'm saying this for myself. I recorded a video back in February and then I looked at my results and I was like, man, I want a puke because I have not changed. I have actually declined since that video that I recorded. I thought that was the time that I'd be taking shit serious. And I'm like, I'm over it, man. Because I can't put up with a life that I hate knowing that I hate it because I'm not doing what I know I need to be doing when I am in full control of it. We're in full control of our lives.

We're in full control of our results. We're in full control of our actions. Let's take extreme ownership as Jocko Willink says. It's time to take this stuff serious guys. Time to take this stuff serious. Anyways, I will wrap up this episode. This is the longest solo monologue episode I have ever recorded and I am feeling fired up.
