Isaac Mashman
Businessman, two-time author, speaker, and founder of Mashman Consulting Group — helping public figures optimize, position, and scale their personal brands. (And, reliably, a coffee addict.)
Isaac Mashman was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He grew up in a lower-income, single-parent household — an upbringing he credits for an early, first-hand understanding of what a lack of resources can cost, and how much your beliefs about yourself and the world shape what you do about it.
A stellar student who spent most of his school years at the top of his class, he was on track for college and close to a full-ride scholarship. Then, during his senior year, he discovered entrepreneurship — the ability to decide how much you earn, to travel and work from anywhere, to build something of your own. In a last-minute decision, he chose to skip the traditional route and go all in on business.
From network marketing to a firm that stuck
His start was anything but glamorous. He cycled through network marketing companies, spent time traveling, and made close to a dozen attempts at businesses ranging from agencies to record labels. He rarely made much money — but he credits that stretch with shaping how he thinks and works today.
In 2020, one idea finally stuck: a public relations firm, Mashman Ventures, built to create, maintain, and scale unrivaled personal brands for people who want to be followed, in demand, and respected. Over the next four years he worked with authors, actors, executives, coaches, inventors, models, and musicians across multiple continents.
In July 2024, that work evolved into Mashman Consulting Group (MCG) — the firm he runs today, specializing in personal branding and individual reputation management. Alongside it sit Mashman Investments and Mashman Properties, both launched in January 2022, forming the early foundation of the MASHMAN umbrella.
The book
On November 1, 2021, Isaac self-published his first book, Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence. It became Amazon’s #1 New Release in Public Relations and a top-10 PR best-seller. The fully rewritten second edition — positioned as a philosophy of personal branding — arrived in 2025. His aim for readers is simple: understand what your personal brand actually is, and why you should be building it consciously.
The podcast
To let people find out who he is beyond a bio, Isaac has hosted and co-hosted several podcasts — most notably Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman, a business and self-development show that launched in 2019 and ended in the summer of 2022 after surpassing 100 episodes. It remains available on all major streaming platforms, and he is developing a new show that merges business, celebrity, and entertainment.
The through-line
Isaac’s driving purpose, as he puts it, is to live up to his potential in every area of life — personal and professional, financial and spiritual, emotional and mental. It shows up in the way he works with the people he serves, the audience he’s built, and the decisions he makes every day.
