Isaac Mashman is an American businessman, author, and speaker who built his career on a single conviction: a personal brand isn’t vanity — it’s the most durable asset a public figure can own. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, he chose entrepreneurship over a near-full-ride scholarship and, in 2020, launched the public relations firm Mashman Ventures.
In 2024 that work evolved into Mashman Consulting Group (MCG), which specializes in personal branding and reputation management for people who want to be followed, in demand, and respected. His method is simple to say and hard to do: optimize, position, and scale.
