Isaac Mashman (born Isaac Samuel Alan Mashman, August 18, 2000, Jacksonville, Florida) is an American businessman, author, coffee addict, podcast host, speaker, and the CEO of the consulting firm, Mashman Consulting Group (MCG).

Hailing from a single-parent home that fell on the lower end of the economic spectrum, Isaac Mashman grew up seeing and understanding what the lack of money and vision would result in. Atypical to many "modern" stories, Isaac was a top 10 student in his class and was bound for college, that is, when in his senior year of High School he realized that a degree in marketing made no sense for his ambitions.

After launching an apparel line called "Success Before Rest Apparel" he made his first couple of dollars online and began soaking up information from various virtual mentors. Stepping away from hustling merchandise, he as he said fell into the industry of Network Marketing and joined 3 different companies, 4 different times, ultimately leaving the field to pursue something he had more control over. Over the short span of 3 years, he tried his hand at half a dozen business models from dropshipping, social media work, and even launching a record label managing musical talent prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Having to cancel a concert due to the early fear of the virus, the lack of freedom gave Isaac room to think about his ambitions and led him to what is now his vehicle, the public relations firm Mashman Ventures.

He previously hosted the business and self-development-centered podcast, Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman (launched in June 2019) which he ended after 100 episodes in June of 2022. He is working on a new show that will merge the niches of business, celebrity, and entertainment that will launch in 2023.

Isaac Mashman founded his first company, the public relations firm Mashman Ventures on April 17, 2020. After a 4 year run in that business, he decided to dissolve his company and launch Mashman Consulting Group on July 18th, 2024. Taking the best aspects of their approach, expertise, and strategies, MCG was founded as the next evolution and marks the continuation of his work in personal branding and individual reputation management.

Mashman released his first book Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence on November 1st, 2021 which quickly became Amazon's #1 New Release in Public Relations and a Top 10 Best Seller in the category. Isaac is currently writing a second edition which will expand on the subject and is expected to release in Fall of 2024.

Isaac Mashman is the creator of Identity Positioning which is his philosophy and strategy on personal branding. It merges the personal identity of the individual with their professional career, in such a way that crafts public authority, demonstrates competence, and develops a faithful following. This is the backbone of Mashman Consulting Group's work. In September 2024, Mashman academically published his thought-piece "Identity Positioning: A Macroscopic View On Personal Branding" on platforms such as Figshare and Academia. This is as he describes, the most impactful work of his career.

In January 2022 Isaac Mashman launched two new companies, Mashman Investments and Mashman Properties within one week of each other.
